A café salon titled “AV – From Hong Kong To Japan” will be held on 13th August 2005 (Saturday). While the AV industry has become a corporate business in Japan, its counterpart in HK is retreating. What can the reasons behind such a disparity? How can we decode this seemingly indecent pornographic phenomenon from an academic perspective?
