occasionally happens in the Muslim world. What at stake is how to
reform religious practice and institution without uprooting their
tradition. The best way is not to impose strict regulations on them.
Government's restriction on bun-snatching in Cheung Chow is a bad
example. What we need is a series of reformation initiated by religious
people themselves....
