人大常委會去年決定香港可以在2017年普選特首及最早在2020年普選立法會。有見及此，公共專業聯盟及香港民主發展網絡為了令公眾能直接參與政制改革的討論，將會提出有關2012過渡方案的建議書，並邀請各界人士就建議書表達意見。

2012 constitutional reform forum
Co-organized by The Professional Commons and Hong Kong Democratic Development Network
Last year, the Central Government and the HKSAR Government have earmarked that Hong Kong may have universal suffrage in 2017 for the election of the Chief Executive and 2020 for the election of the Legislative Council. In view of this, the Professional Commons and Hong Kong Democratic Development Network will announce respectively their proposal for the transition. Direct public participation is highly appreciated.
