特別適合社工、老師、醫療工作者、藝術工作者等。
三個藝術治療的工作坊、
兩個促進精神健康、探討存在感、歸屬感及面對自己和理想的工作坊,
可為到地震 / 風災災區服務的義工作出準備。
These workshops are especially suitable for social workers, teachers, health workers, artists, etc.
There are three arts related therapy workshops and two drama workshops which promote mental health and explore sense of being, belonging and becoming, which can prepare volunteers who want to visit the disaster areas after the earthquake and storms.

A. Dr. Beatrice Allegranti - 「舞蹈及形體治療 - 化身」:舞蹈及形體治療工作坊
Dance Movement Therapy Workshop: The Embodied Performance Approach by Dr. Beatrice Allegranti
此工作坊將形體動作深層探索、舞蹈表演、個人成長及研究揉合。Dr. Allegranti 將會帶領參加者進入三天充滿創意和自我反思的旅程。
This workshop will incorporate the exploration of embodiment and personal growth with a performance research project. Dr. Allegranti will facilitate a creative and reflexive journey!
B. Dr. David Read Johnson - 「發展性轉化入門」工作坊 <<<即將滿額ALMOST FULL>>>>
An Introduction to Developmental Transformations by Dr. David Read Johnson
大衛.列特.莊臣是戲劇治療的先驅者。他的方法被稱為「發展性轉化」,過程中當事人與治療師會以即興戲劇練習作角色扮演,角色隨著當事人的進度即時轉換。這三天的工作坊是「發展性轉化」的入門工作坊。
David Read Johnson is a pioneer in dramatherapy and his method is known as "Developmental Transformations" in which the client and therapist work through spontaneous role play based on a drama improvisation exercise. It is the dramatherapy equivalent of free association in which roles instantaneously are transformed into other roles according to the client's process. The 3-day workshop is an introduction to "Developmental Transformations" facilitated by its innovator.
C. 易君姍 - 「異」樣身體、「藝」樣眼光:藝術治療身體形象工作坊
Therapeutic Art Making in Building Positive Body Image by Sandie Yi
你喜歡、接受自己嗎?覺得自己的身體夠完美、漂亮嗎?追求美麗與期待被愛、被接受是每個人都會有的渴望。生活在這重視外貌的時代,隨著整型科技與媒體的發達,人們對自我身體的要求與美的定義也越來越嚴苛。如何塑造孩子有健康、正面的的身體形象?如何增進自我察覺 (increase self-awareness)、自我欣賞能力,發展自信?當遭受到心靈或身體的創傷,我們怎麼面對自我內在或外在身體的改變呢?參與者將從本工作坊學習如何利用藝術創作連結身體,達到療癒心靈的效果。本工作坊適合任何對結合藝術創作與身體議題(受創身體、障礙身體、缺乏自信之身體等) 有興趣者和從事創作、輔導、諮商、教育等相關人士。
Do you like and accept yourselves? What do you think about your body, is it pretty and perfect enough? Pursuit of beauty and being loved and accepted are our yearns. Nowadays people are more and more keen to strive for a high standard of outward appearance. How to build up a positive and health body image? How to increase self-awareness, ability to appreciate oneself and self-confidence? How to face the internal and external body changes when being affected by body or mind traumas? This workshop suits those working with people with poor body image due to physical and psychological injuries who want to integrate arts in the counseling or healing process.

D. Dr. Peter O'Connor - 實踐工作坊:歧視精神病、青少年自殺及濫用酒精及藥物問題
Practical Workshops on Stigma associated with Mental Illness, Youth Suicide Prevention, Alcohol and Drug Dependency by Dr. Peter O'Connor
每個實踐工作坊的單元都會探討戲劇與精神健康不同的方面。第一天會以戲劇方法研究歧視精神病的問題;第二天會探討防止青年人自殺的問題;第三天會探索精神健康與酗酒和濫藥的關係。
Each practical workshop will cover a separate aspect of drama and mental health. Day one will use drama to explore issues surrounding the stigma associated with mental illness. Day two will explore issues surrounding youth suicide prevention and day three will look at the issues around alcohol and drug dependency and mental health.
E. Tim Wheeler - 精神健康劇場
Theatre for Mental Health by Tim Wheeler
此工作坊將探索發展各種劇場與精神健康的策略,以圖像劇場的技巧為基礎,使藝術家、社區工作者、用家及精神病康復者可以創作劇場作品,從而表達他們內在及外在的經驗。此工作坊會介紹「受壓迫者劇場」的慾望彩虹和腦袋裡的警察的技巧。
This workshop will explore a number of strategies for the development of theatre and mental health practice. Based on image theatre techniques, the workshops aim to equip artists, community workers, users and survivors of mental health system with the tools to create theatre that reflects their own experience. We will explore various techniques which reflect on internal and external experience.
The facilitator will be sharing the Boalian techniques of Rainbow of Desire and Cops in the Head.
