支持伊朗示威者的公開信──二零零九年六月十九日
今天早上,阿亞圖拉阿里‧哈梅內伊要求停止舉行抗議上星期選舉結果的大型示威。他說,屈服於民粹要求和「非法的」壓力是「獨裁統治」的表現,又警告示威者,而不是警察,要為之後出現的暴力行為負責。
哈梅內伊的說法對任何有興趣於集體行動政治的人都很耳熟,因為這種邏輯曾經被不同的國家機構用來反對近現代多次偉大的群眾動員,從一七八九年的法國到一九七九年的伊朗。這些群眾動員都成形於「強調主權歸於人民、而不是國家機構或其代表」的鬥爭。南非非洲國民大會武裝者在一九五五年發表的《自由憲章》有這樣一句話:「沒有政府可以宣示權威,除非是本於所有人民的意志。」
