Having always known personally that there is this girl, and yet she has clinical depression, and back then, she committed suicide successfully - this is not the type of heartbreak that you can describe in words. The blogger Lala of Ὀμορφιά Omorhpia is just the same, also having depression, but thankfully that now she still writes, and she always writes a lot and a lot, besides seeing the psychiatrist weekly, and even go out from time to time, waiting for the day that the psychiatrist announces to her that she is ready to continue her academic studies and work; having 7 peeps to gather at Ὀμορφιά Omorhpia to write, this must be such a blessing! Lala still continues to write and write and write, publishing her posts on 'In HK Media' and 'Vjmedia'.

You can get to know someone, and even always spend time with someone, thinking that the person seems quite optimistic, has a goal in life, and yet, this dose not mean that people like this are problem-free; depression can start planting its seed even ten years ago, and tangles itself there, and families, friends, or the patient herself dose not have a clue about it; the thoughts and experiences of a person with depression is not that imaginable by most people.

私底下有認識的一位女生，知道了她因為抑鬱症，之前自殺成功了－那種痛心不能用言語表達。部落客 Ὀμορφιά Omorhpia 的Lala又差點也一樣，也有抑鬱症，好在現在還會寫字，除了平常每週去見一次精神科醫生，經常在家寫寫寫，有時會出去走走，去等醫生宣佈好了就可以繼續上學上班去；其實有7個人可以因為寫文字而聚在 Ὀμορφιά Omorhpia，真好！Lala也繼續刊登自己寫寫寫的於「香港獨立媒體網」和「輔仁爾雅集」。

和別人相處，就算是經常碰面，覺得別人性格挺樂觀，又有目標，不代表這樣的人就沒有問題；因為抑鬱症是沒有所謂的表面特徵。抑鬱症可以在十年前已種下種子，一直纏繞著，而家人，朋友，甚至患者自己都可以完全不察覺；有抑鬱症的人的想法和經歷非一般人可以想像到。
