廢除功能組別行動聯同香港城市大學當代中國研究計劃將於2010年6月12日舉辦「起錨定超錯？」2012政改方案公眾參與活動，現誠邀民間團體、公民社會組織及各位市民參與。
立法會將於不遲於7月初表決2012政制方案。由政改諮詢以至落區宣傳、特首舉辦「余曾」辯論等，均欠缺市民及民間的直接參與。是此為改制方案表決前夕，民間自發舉辦之公眾參與活動，讓民間及市民對該方案表態。

ACT NOW or SO WRONG ? 2012 Constitutional Reform Package Public Engagement Exercise
AFC is going to host the only public engagement exercise available before the LegCo. proceedings on 2012 constitutional reform package. This programme is jointly presented by the Contemporary China Research Project of City University of Hong Kong and would like to invite civil society organizations as well as all Hong Kong citizens to participate in the event.
From constitutional reform consultation to the debate to recent street side promotion of the package, the government has provided very little room for the public to participate the reform package formulation in a direct manner. This is the only public engagement exericse organized by civil society before decision made by the LegCo, letting the people to express their views through such method.

Proposed themes for group discussion and public forum
On the basis of current package, should the LegCo. support, veto or request to withdraw the proposal?
How should the government modify the package in order to satisfy public demand hence accepting the proposal.
